NON-FOGGING PLASTIC SCINTILLATORS

EJ-200NF & EJ-208NF

Eljen now offers new non-fogging versions of our workhorse EJ-200 and EJ-208 plastic scintillators. In collaboration with four US national laboratories, we have developed EJ-200NF and EJ-208NF for use in radiation detector systems for border security and industrial/health physics applications. These scintillators are specifically designed for outdoor detector systems and can withstand the stresses of large temperature variations and moisture absorption that eventually lead to fogging and reduced detector performance in conventional plastic scintillators.
